IMEI was not found in database

You get the error message "IMEI was not found in database" when trying to add a new unit.

This error happens because the IMEI for the unit you are trying to add has not ben added to the list of the allowed units.

Follow this guide to add and activate a new IMEI:
Once the IMEI is activated, you can add it to the map by clicking the "Add Unit" link.

Please note: you will need to confirm billing changes after you activate a new IMEI. Details are available in our startup guide under "IMEI Billing Activation" section.
