We have a startup guide that will help you add a new unit to Geolink. If you have enabled the unit but still doesn't show on the map, make sure that the tracker is correctly configured to send data to our server (IP/Port), for more information follow this guide (OpenTracker is already properly configured).
If still doesn't work, make sure the SIM card you are using is enabled to send data and there is enough credit (if pre-paid); you can test the SIM card on your phone.
Note: we recommend to disable the SIM card PIN code.
Also, check that the antenna is properly connected.
